Climate Change

I read the other day that livestock farming all over the world accounts for 18% of all greenhouse gas emissions due the animals that chew the cud creating methane laden farts - the writer was urging us to go vegitarian - something I have gravitated to out of habit rather than conviction. I don't chew the cud but my veggie diet certainly produces some rich flatulence (don't know if they are methane laden)so I'm giving up the lentils! Sometimes the result comes about from entirely unforseen means doesn't it? Lentils - yum (I think not)
